Consumer Rights When Returning a Product

Any product purchased from www.obuvki4u.com may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Returned products must be in their original condition, with undamaged packaging and unused.

In cases of a complaint, warranty issue, incorrect product, or missing product, it is mandatory to inform us by email at info@obuvki4u.com.

Courier fees for returning goods to us are at the customer's expense. If a return shipment is sent without paying the courier fee, it will not be accepted.

If the returned goods meet the required conditions, the refund will be processed via bank transfer, excluding courier fees.

The refund period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment. Terms and conditions may be subject to changes in accordance with applicable Bulgarian legislation.

Refund

You will be informed once the returned goods arrive at our warehouse. After verifying the condition of the returned products, we will confirm whether all return conditions have been met. Refunds will only be processed via bank transfer, and the person who placed the order will be notified once the payment has been made.

6.3. Product prices on the Platform are final, in BGN, including VAT and other applicable taxes.

6.4. Obuvki4u.com is not liable for additional bank charges related to online or bank transfer payments.

7. COPYRIGHT

7.3. Any Content accessed by the Client is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

8. ORDER

8.1. Orders are placed by adding Products to the shopping cart and following the checkout process.

8.2. Product availability is not guaranteed until the Order is finalized.

8.3. Clients must ensure the accuracy of all data provided during ordering. Obuvki4u.com may share order details with subcontractors for order fulfillment.

8.4. Obuvki4u.com may contact Clients regarding their Orders.

8.5. The Seller reserves the right to cancel Orders in the following cases:

• Payment transaction failure

• Three unsuccessful delivery attempts
